About the Role
Experienced barista in high-volume sales scenarios. Knowledge of Square POS and other POS software. Willing and able to train and give direction to Baristas. Maintain awareness of occupancy limits in a small cafe. Provide creative input on hot and cold drink creations and mocktails. Together with the Barista Team and Kitchen Team, this person is responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and cafe space. Open and close cash drawers and run credit/debit reports. Make daily cash/check deposits. Speaks multiple languages. Communicates in a clear, effective manner with customers, co-workers and management. Kind and willing to create a welcoming cafe vibe for guests. ServSafe food safety knowledge. Reports to the Operations Manager.
