About the Role
Provide prep support during the afternoon and evening hours for food and drink menus. Strong knife skills. Wash dishes. Support baristas as needed. Together with the Barista Team and Kitchen Team, this person is responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and cafe space. Prepare grab-and-go options and restock display fridge and pastries as needed. Provide creative input on menus and drinks. Communicates in a clear, effective manner with customers, co-workers and management. Kind and willing to create a welcoming cafe vibe for guests. ServSafe Food Handler training preferred, not required. Reports to the Operations Manager and Head Barista.
