We source our ingredients from businesses in our community that utilize goods from regenerative & sustainable farms. We focus on standards such as seasonal, organic, non-GMO, & fair trade. We make all of our dishes from scratch using basic, whole foods, or we source from other makers who do the same.
We specialize in American & Mediterranean cuisine. We offer breakfast, brunch, lunch, & full service espresso & coffee bar. We also offer an array of vegan options.
